Social Presence & Posture

Valter Silva & myImaginationAI · assessment as of 2026-07-16 · sources: omnictx captures, Nina (social-media bot), wiki strategy topics, adb tickets
This is a presence-and-posture assessment — what channels exist, how active they are, and what the strategy says — not an analytics report. Hard performance numbers (followers, views, engagement) are not currently measurable from any tool available (see the gap below). Every claim here is anchored to a real signal; no metrics are invented.

⚠️ The measurement gap — read this first

Nobody currently has your social performance numbers wired up. This was confirmed three independent ways:

Implication: the honest answer to "how are my socials performing?" is "we can't tell yet — the pipe isn't connected." Closing that gap is a candidate next step (see the council).

What's actually happening

The engine — Nina (bot-social-media-manager)

Busy and consistent

678 messages across 30 sessions; last active today. Runs a daily 9am "Post Ideas" cron. Recent work: content brainstorming, a LinkedIn "AI Research Digest" draft, image/scene generation ("Slate & Sky" quote cards via a Playwright render script), content-repurposing setup, and tooling-up X access.

Method: "One Seed, Many Fruits" — one idea → platform-native posts. Guardrail: she never posts without your approval.

You — captured behaviour

TikTok-forward, network-scouting

Your most recent social capture is TikTok Studio (07-15) — you're working the creator dashboard. On X and LinkedIn you're logged in and active but the captures show you viewing targets (Charlie Gunningham, @_catwu), i.e. reconnaissance, not publishing.

Consistent with the distribution-first, build-the-network-before-you-need-it plan.

Personal vs business

The line is currently blurred, worth an explicit decision:

Strategy on file (well-developed)

Your thinking is documented and coherent — the gap is execution + measurement, not strategy:

Gaps & risks

How to close the metrics gap

  1. TikTok (fastest win): register the omnictx MCP (claude mcp add omnictx -s user …) then restart — I can read the captured TikTok Studio page contents (followers/views/engagement) directly, no new tooling.
  2. X: you add an X developer app + credentials to a funded API plan; Nina already has xurl installed and can then pull post/impression data.
  3. LinkedIn / Instagram: no API path — set up a weekly manual snapshot (you paste the numbers; Nina/wiki logs them into a social-media/metrics.md baseline).
  4. Wiki: stand up orgs/<org>/social-media/ pages (handles, content calendar, weekly metrics log) so the picture compounds instead of resetting each session.
