Session Report — First-Cash Sprint for StageProof

2026-07-17 21:54 · repo my-imagination-ai/content-agency · branch main · invoked from workspace Code/valter

Summary

The session started from one question — “what's the highest priority? I want to make money.” — and turned it into a concrete, verified plan to reach first cash on StageProof Studio (compliant AI virtual staging for Perth real-estate agents). A small council of five advisors + a five-juror ranked vote decided unanimously to ship a 5-proof micro-batch today rather than finish the full 20-wide batch.

The concrete output is one artifact — docs/micro-batch-5-run-sheet.md — a complete, send-ready funnel: five live-verified prospects, paste-ready proof emails, +3/+7 follow-ups, an on-reply conversion kit, and column-matched tracker rows. Two adb tickets were moved to match reality. Execution stopped deliberately at the outward-facing line (the actual sends and any credit spend remain Valter's).

⚠️ Honesty note: the fact-gatherer ran inside the content-agency sub-repo, whose working tree holds a lot of uncommitted work from a different, concurrent session (the auto-picked transcript is about a LinkedIn AI-dev-brain video — not this session). This report attributes to this session only the run sheet, the two adb changes, and the earlier 18:05 money-priority report. The brand site, proof-portfolio JPGs, staging/funnel.py, prospects.csv, etc. were not produced here.

Diagram · How the decision was made

Round 1 · propose 5 advisors · blind · distinct lens • Pragmatist • Skeptic • Long-game • User-advocate • Cost / ROI Ballot (deduped slate) A · 5-proof batch TODAY B · 1 own-listing proof C · guardrail-first merged near-identical proposals, dropped names Round 2 · IRV vote 5 fresh jurors ranked ballots R1: A 5 · B 0 · C 0 majority → no runoff Winner: A unanimous 5/5 absorbs B's own-listing hook + C's disclosure

Ten fresh subagents total (5 propose, 5 vote). The winning option grafted the best of the runners-up: the “restage their own listing” hook (B) and the disclosure / removable-sample framing (C).

Diagram · The first-cash funnel it teed up

Stage 5 proofs own listing · ~2 cr likely fits free credits Proof-first send email / portal disclosure label Reply target ≥15% Free full listing after engage only Paid AU$99 pack or $449/mo retainer +3 / +7 follow-ups (cancel on reply) G0 gate ≥3 replies / ≤40 sends → continue / re-channel G1 first-cash gate ≥3 paying OR ≥AU$500 collected

Product, offer, disclosure kit and tracker were already built (archived tickets). The remaining gap was purely demand — which this batch is designed to test cheaply.

Diagram · Live-verify caught two dead listings

5 original TOP shortlist Live-verify exa fetch each page 3 live ✓ Di Rosso · Bisson · Pulvirenti 2 dead ✗ + 1 under-offer Dean SOLD · Hendrick stale Dante under offer Verified 5 + Ginette + Michelle

The dropped agents were kept as future contacts, not burned. The swap-ins include the strongest wedge in the list — Ginette Tan's listing openly uses photos of a similar unit.

Timeline

  1. Answered “highest priority to make money?” → produced the 18:05 money-priority report: StageProof is the single focus; firing the proof-first outreach is the lever.
  2. Convened a small council — 5 blind advisors with distinct lenses proposed; deduped to slate A / B / C.
  3. Fresh 5-juror instant-runoff vote → unanimous A (5-proof micro-batch today).
  4. Read the real content-agency assets (outreach-batch-ready.md, offer.md, prospects.csv, funnel-tracker.csv, proof/README.md) — found the venture far more built than the morning snapshot; the only true blocker is proof credits, and the 5-cut likely fits the free balance.
  5. Wrote docs/micro-batch-5-run-sheet.md (5 prospects, paste-ready copy, tracker rows).
  6. adb: TASK-00047 → in_progress; TASK-00038 → review.
  7. Added +3/+7 follow-ups; live-verified the 5 listings via exa → swapped out Dean (SOLD) and Hendrick (stale/tenanted) for Ginette + Michelle.
  8. Added the on-reply conversion kit (close → intake → delivery), anchored to intake-form.md; confirmed the service-terms opt-in citation.

Sources & caveats

Fact sources used this run: git ✓ (content-agency sub-repo) adb ✓ exa web-fetch ✓ (live-verify) gstack thin (1 stale entry) transcript unreliable — picked a concurrent session.

Recap reflects available context + git facts; a long/compacted session may omit earlier steps. File lists are derived from git, not memory. Critical: the gatherer's cwd was the content-agency sub-repo, so its diff/mtime/transcript are contaminated by a concurrent session's work; this report only claims the run sheet + two adb changes + the 18:05 report as this session's output. No commits were made this session.
