Product, offer, disclosure kit and tracker were already built (archived tickets). The remaining gap was purely demand — which this batch is designed to test cheaply.

The dropped agents were kept as future contacts, not burned. The swap-ins include the strongest wedge in the list — Ginette Tan's listing openly uses photos of a similar unit.
