model live — it features ListVouch as "a MyImaginationAI studio" (flagship, in

not published. With this, the venture (ListVouch) and its parent both have identity, docs, and sites — the
remaining gates are all founder-side (register domains/handles, publish, trademark, then launch).
Timeline
(Earlier this session) Built + tested + reviewed the ListVouch venture; council-decided the proof-first GTM; named the venture ListVouch after escaping the "Stage-" pack.
Founder said "proceed" → build the parent brand (TASK-00061/62).
Scaffolded a new repo repos/github.com/my-imagination-ai/myimaginationai (git init; the large repos/ tree is filesystem-slow — one git op timed out, worked via git -C).
Wrote the parent identity spec (brand/identity.md) + wordmark/spark brand/logo.svg.
