Session Report — Content Agency venture: idea → validated → ready to sell

Summary
This session drove the Higgsfield thread from "an installed tool" to a chosen, de-hyped, and validated faceless venture. Two adversarial deep-researches ran (Higgsfield truth; niche selection). A 5/5 small-council picked the first move: a productized, recurring AI-content service for ecom/Shopify brands. The Higgsfield CLI was live-tested — producing agency-grade product photos at ~$0.02 each — and turned into a 5-piece proof portfolio, a faceless offer page, and a demand-validation kit. Three adb tickets now track it, and a distribution seed was prepared for Nina. The honest headline: capability is proven and near-free; demand is the unvalidated gate, and closing it needs real outreach (owner: Valter).
Live report — this session ran alongside several others (diary, omnictx, company-HQ). This recap covers this session's Content-Agency thread; the shared dashboard (reports/index.html) indexes everyone's.
Timeline
Higgsfield de-hype deep-research landed (102 agents): real product, but "auto-post" is marketing + Forbes trust red flags → treat as a swappable generation backend. → wrote the evaluation topic.
Stood up the Content Agency venture under my-imagination-ai (sibling to Live Shop), with a local-orchestration + outsourced-inference, vendor-neutral, free-first strategy.
Linked Live Shop × Content Agency — the AI engine is Live Shop's production layer (pre-live promo, offer page, post-live clips).
Reframed to faceless + 6-figures; mapped strategies by where the near-free content edge is decisive.
Small-council (5/5) → Option A: productized recurring AI-content service; niche it, sell outcomes, digital packs as feeder, reinvest to an own brand later. → TASK-00029.
Niche deep-research (105 agents; auto-synthesis crashed → hand-synthesized): validated the AU cost undercut, red-flagged demand, and killed the GTA-6 IP idea (Take-Two sues individuals, $150k/work).
Live-tested the CLI: honey product shot + hero banner, then skincare/coffee/candle samples → a 5-piece portfolio (spent 7.6 of 10 free credits).
Built the demand-validation kit + offer page; created TASK-00032 (sprint) and TASK-00026 (referral engine).
work-with-nina: observed her (live, has the Teddy mascot, no prior take), prepared a seed + 3 draft posts — no dispatch, no posting.

Added the "AI content layer" synergy section.
Earlier this session also: installed the Higgsfield CLI (worked around a Windows tar bug), fixed the TikTok harvester (curl_cffi), harvested ~14 AI-hustle clips, and shipped the unified CEO dashboard + norm — captured in the prior report (20:49) and its wiki source.
Key decisions
Faceless + 6-figures is the frame — parks on-camera/personal-brand plays; favours where the near-free content edge is decisive.
First move = productized recurring AI-content service (small-council 5/5): niche it, sell outcomes not "cheap images", digital packs as the feeder, reinvest to an own brand later. → TASK-00029.
Validate DEMAND before scaling supply — niche research verified the cost edge but refuted the demand assumption; real outreach is the gate.
GTA-6 idea killed on legal grounds (Take-Two litigious, $150k/work); Higgsfield treated as a swappable, human-in-loop, disclosed backend (no annual prepay).
Cost lever proven: cheap model (z_image, 0.15cr) ≈ premium skill (7cr) quality → default cheap + own prompts; reserve premium for marquee.
Demand-validation sprint — offer page + outreach to 20–30 stores, gate on paid conversions · backlog
TASK-00026 [P2]
Higgsfield referral campaign — honest referrals to self-fund the plan · backlog
Other new tickets in the workspace (TASK-00027/28/30/31/33) were created by concurrent sessions, not this one.
Sources & caveats
Fact sources used this run: git (wiki repo)mtime scanadb task statussession contextbackground-task results.
Recap reflects available context + git facts; this was a long, multi-thread, still-in-flight session run alongside other Claude sessions, so earlier or concurrent steps may not be fully captured. The offer page + image samples live in Code/valter/downloads/ (outside the wiki git repo), listed from disk. One deep-research's auto-synthesis crashed and was hand-synthesized from its verified claims. File lists derive from git + the mtime scan, not memory.
